For Post construction termite treatment we drill holes of 8mm diameter and 6 inches depth at 1 meter intervals and then pour chemical into the holes, and seal these holes. We also spray inside and outside the building with a guarantee for Three to five years.

Mud Tunnels & Tubes
Mud tunnels and tubes are often seen on the exterior of your house at the start of an infestation. This one can be spotted and treated quickly without creating further damage. Termites leave tunnels through the ground outdoors when traveling from their nest to your house. They create tubes of mud along with structures they can’t burrow through, such as concrete or brick.
Bubbling Paint, Sagging Ceilings & Floors
Floors and ceilings that sink or sag is an indication of more serious termite damage. Wood that has been damaged to this level often needs to be replaced. Sagging can also occur due to humidity or dry rot, but the presence of grooves and holes along with sagging is usually a sign of termite infestation.
Swarmers
Swarmers also are known as reproductives are young winged termites. They use their wings to travel through the nest and make a new colony. If you find their shed wings near doors or windows- it’s a sign of termite infestation in your house.

TERMITE CARE: (SUBTERRANEAN & SOIL-NESTING TERMITES)
Termites or white ants are not “Ants” at all. They are more resemble to cockroaches and develop from hundred to two hundred million years evolutionary history. Life Cycle of Subterranean termites
Termites are social insects and can form such large nest, colony consisting of very different looking individuals called as termite caste. Each caste having a different role to perform and all interdependent upon each other for survival of the colony. This includes reproductive castes (Queen and King), soldiers, workers and primary reproductive which are called as Swarmed (winged termite) which occur in spring season.
Queen and King: Queen is physically largest individual and her function is only to lay eggs, sometimes thousand in a day, hence called as egg laying machine. The king and queen live in central chamber called as royal chamber and tended by the workers.
Soldiers: The main function of the soldiers is to protect the colony from predator and have large, hard and potential jaws. Workers: This is the damaging caste of termites and the largest in the colony. They are creamy translucent color, soft bodied. They carry out all work in the nest including searching and gathering food, feeding the colony, constructing tunnels, repairing and enlarging colony nest and also caring for the young nymphs until mature. Worker termites are 1/8 to 1/6 inches long, have no wings, are sterile and blind, work 24 hrs a day.
